How to Earn Your Resilience
Today at a Glance
What’s a Rich Text element?
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
Static and dynamic content editing
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. !

How to customize formatting for each rich text
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
This weekend, I was flipping through a few of my old journals when I came across this quote:
"When jarred, unavoidably, by circumstances, revert at once to yourself, and don’t lose the rhythm more than you can help. You’ll have a better grasp of the harmony if you keep on going back to it." — Marcus Aurelius, Meditations
A perfect blend of ancient wisdom for these uncertain times:
It's normal to be shaken by life. Chaos will very rarely knock politely at your door to announce its arrival—more often, it barges in without forewarning. You will be shaken by it, and that's ok.
When shaken, quickly return to your center. Your daily habits, principles, and values. The center is where you reassert your control. It's where you can hear the natural rhythm to navigate the storm.
Remember that resilience is earned, not given. The harmony becomes a part of you, but only if you train yourself to return to it. Each moment of chaos is an opportunity—be grateful for what it forges within you.
So, in the week ahead, when chaos comes barging in, ask yourself:
What actions can I take to return to the rhythm?
The answer is found in the action. Remember that.
